    1. Update the current project tabs in the Slow Data file:
      1. Add today's completed meaningful task to the 'c.prj. history' tab
      2. For any newly started or completed sub-tasks, update their status column on the 'c.prj. stage' tab
    2. In the form below:
      1. Set the Date to tomorrow
      2. Fill in the two blank fields:
        • What I did yesterday
        • Rough idea(s) I'm considering
      3. Once a week or if considering switching projects, untick 'Skip...'
    3. Click one of the buttons:

make sure in your own usage that you describe enough about any new idea in that field (problem, user, why it matters) so the model can decide “next‑wave vs further‑future vs merge” / briefly say what it is, why, and how soon you might want it

For any new topic or system ideas or courses, update the knowledge map directly before generating a prompt or response.
